Non-subscribers must pay list price.

POSTAGE: Postage to USA addresses is included in all prices.
International: Pricing Menu selections will apply additional postage to Canada (CAN) or
Foreign (all other countries, abbreviated as FOR) addresses.
CAN and FOR subscriber Pricing Menu items include appropriate postage.
SUPporter or higher level subscriber items also include international postage.

REFUND POLICY: Purchased items may be returned for exchange or refund. They must be returned in like-new condition with shipping charges prepaid.
Original shipment and handling costs will be deducted. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted for photocopied products (manuscripts and maps).
